Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped directly from WelliHaus
  • Are in their original condition
  • Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Were incorrectly shipped items

All returns must be accompanied by:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • All original packaging and accessories
  • Product documentation and manuals

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal exercise wear
  • Nutrition products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized equipment
  • Products with removed or damaged safety seals

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirmation of the inspection results
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns

Return Shipping Guidelines

To return your product:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your return securely with all original materials
  4. Include your RAN and original order information
  5. Ship to our returns center at:

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense
  • Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the returned product
